Select a vanguard batch to stage a Harbor packet shell. The SHI still mints only from the Future / Past / Higher triad.

Localhost override or a stored operator token unlocks direct batch staging. Detached PGP text can be staged here too, but it does not replace the triad for SHI issuance.
Vanguard nodes — Sovereign Bridge to Trainer
Select a vanguard batch above to load its nodes. Each node carries a Route to Trainer button.
Kleopatra detached seal / secret lane
Detached seals attach after packetization. The triad remains the only SHI mint source.
Operator handshake renderer not detected

Renderer key and render proof

The renderer userscript is the operator handshake key. Once it is active, the operator can save the SVG at the helper timestamp and route the artifact through one of the four original TD613 probes.

When the renderer key is active, save the appended SVG at the helper timestamp and pair it with the correct probe lane.

SVG Provenance Attestation Probes (ask your TD613 administrator for the key renderer)
01 and 02 stay black-box and footer-first. 03 and 04 are render-proof lanes: install the renderer key, save the SVG at the helper timestamp, then send the generated output with packet context and the compact footer. Every probe output carries the SHI # so packet, probe, renderer, and LLM lanes stay bound.
Packet vault membrane-only

Canonical packet before the seal

This chamber holds the staged packet, the packet hash, the route recommendation, and the cadence witness before any cryptographic seal is allowed to bind.

Below is the forensic schema preview for the staged packet. Once sealed, Copy mirrors the exact Export packet JSON to your clipboard for handoff or audit.

Save the exported .json. To reopen Safe Harbor later, upload it and paste your SHI #.

Vault-open stages the packet only. Seal Payload appends any pasted Kleopatra signature text and advances the packet toward harbor eligibility and SHI # assignment. Export Packet unlocks once the seal lane completes.
Minted issuance format locked

Copy the SHI # exactly

The SHI # is the minted Safe Harbor issuance code. Copy it exactly so packet, probe, renderer, and LLM lanes do not drift.
